We provide superior quality sustained release/extended release (SR/XR) and immediate release (IR) products, unique in their manufacturing technologies. **Role Description** This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Executive at YSK Laboratories. The Marketing Executive will be responsible for market planning, market research, communication, sales, and marketing activities. The role involves developing marketing strategies, conducting market research, coordinating with sales teams, and implementing marketing campaigns. You will support the implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns to promote our pharmaceutical products effectively. Working closely with the marketing manager and cross-functional teams, you will play a vital role in executing marketing initiatives, analyzing market data, and supporting sales efforts. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for driving results in a dynamic and highly regulated industry. **Responsibilities** - Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies and plans to promote pharmaceutical products, including digital marketing, print media, conferences, and events. - Coordinate the production of marketing materials, including brochures, sales aids, presentations, and promotional items, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and regulatory requirements. - Support the planning and execution of product launch activities, including coordinating with sales teams, organizing launch events, and developing launch materials. - Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive activities, and provide insights to inform marketing strategies. - Assist in the management of marketing budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring cost-effectiveness in marketing initiatives. - Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, including sales data, market share, and ROI, and prepare reports for management review. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, regulatory affairs, and medical affairs, to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with business objectives. - Coordinate participation in industry conferences, exhibitions, and events, including booth setup, staffing, and logistics. - Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive activities, and share insights with the marketing team. **Qualifications** - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. - Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. - Familiarity with pharmaceutical industry regulations and compliance guidelines is a plus. - Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision, as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. - Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and marketing trends. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and make data-driven decisions.
