**Job Title**: Video Producer

**Location**: T. Nagar

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Pre-production**: Collaborate with internal teams or clients to define project goals, concepts, target audience, and messaging. Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
- **Production**: Oversee all aspects of the video production process, including camera setup, lighting, sound, and direction. Manage on-location shoots and ensure all logistics are in place.
- **Post-production**: Supervise the editing process, including selecting footage, sound design, color correction, and adding effects or graphics. Ensure videos meet high-quality standards and are delivered on time.
- **Team Management**: Lead a team of videographers, editors, and other production staff. Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure high collaboration and efficiency.
- **Client Communication**: Work closely with clients or internal stakeholders to ensure expectations are aligned. Provide regular updates on progress and manage revisions.
- **Quality Control**: Ensure that the final product meets brand guidelines and is optimized for multiple platforms (social media, websites, TV, etc.).
- **Creative Input**: Contribute to creative brainstorming and bring fresh ideas to the video production process. Stay up to date with the latest trends in video production and new technologies.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Media Studies, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 1+ years of experience in video production, with a proven portfolio of completed projects.
- Proficiency with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
- Strong understanding of lighting, sound, and camera techniques.
- Experience in managing video projects from concept to delivery.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of video formats, codecs, and delivery specifications for various platforms (YouTube, social media, etc.).

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with animation and motion graphics (e.g., After Effects).
- Familiarity with live streaming and remote video production.
- Experience in directing and coaching talent on camera.
- Knowledge of SEO and video optimization for online platforms.

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
