Job Summary:
We're on the hunt for a passionate and creative Show Producer with hands-on video editing experience to bring compelling stories to life. In this dynamic role, you'll lead the full lifecycle of digital shows – from ideation to execution and final delivery. If you're a natural storyteller with strong editing skills, production know-how, and a knack for visual direction, this is your stage.
You'll collaborate closely with writers, directors, editors, and marketing teams to craft content that captivates our growing digital audience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Produce and manage all aspects of video shows – from pre-production to post-production
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop show concepts, scripts, and run-downs
- Oversee shoots – manage production timelines, locations, talent, and crew
- Ensure smooth execution during recordings – monitor direction, pacing, and quality
- Edit videos (or guide editors) for high-quality final output
- Integrate B-rolls, transitions, motion graphics, and sound effects to enhance storytelling
- Work with post-production teams on color grading, sound mixing, and delivery
- Coordinate with social and marketing teams to package and promote video content
- Manage production budgets and meet deadlines
- Stay updated with current trends and formats in digital content creation (YouTube, Instagram, OTT, etc.)
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a producer or show runner in digital or TV production
- Proficiency in: Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro or DaVinci Resolve
- Strong storytelling, scripting, and visual direction skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Basic knowledge of camera setups, lighting, and sound design
- Understanding of content formats across YouTube, Instagram, and OTT platforms
- Excellent communication, team collaboration, and leadership skills
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and solution-focused
