**Job Title: Video Producer cum Anchor**

**Responsibilities**:
**Content Creation & Production**:

- Conduct in-depth research on political events and issues to develop engaging video concepts and narratives.
- Write clear and concise scripts for video segments.
- Plan and execute video shoots.
- Direct video shoots and ensure high production quality.
- Coordinate with video editors for post-production and final output.
- Optimize videos for various digital platforms (YouTube, social media).

**On-Screen Presentation (Anchoring)**:

- Conduct interviews with political figures and experts.
- Deliver on-screen commentary and analysis.
- Maintain a professional and credible on-screen presence.

**Political Knowledge & Research**:

- Stay up-to-date on current political events and trends in Tamil Nadu.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of Tamil Nadu's political landscape.
- Conduct thorough research to ensure accuracy and depth of content.

**Coordination & Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and develop new content ideas.
- Ensure videos align with the channel's brand identity and messaging.
- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

**Requirements**:

- 1 to 2 years of experience in video production and on-screen presentation.
- **Strong political knowledge of Tamil Nadu.**:

- Excellent communication and presentation skills in Tamil.
- Ability to write clear and engaging scripts.
- Understanding of camera equipment, lighting, and audio recording.
- Creativity and storytelling skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Prefered Gender: Male.

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Pay**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
