**Job Description**:

- Understand the Architect and Design to implement and use Commvault solution in a highly available redundant distributed computing environment CommServe and Media Agent deployment configuration and troubleshooting across a variety of platforms
- Analyze data growth and forecast the same in the form of dashboard Using Commvault Automation to resolve incidents automatically and integration with various tools
- Extensive Knowledge on Cluster configuration HADesign interactive dashboards and Reports
- Technical experience Configure Infrastructure Monitoring wrt Commvault Backup and other roles Integration with 3rd party ticketing tools for auto converting alert to Incident for any failure Troubleshoot technical issues to determine root cause and resolve or implement workaround as necessary
- Identify issues bugs and escalate to Commvault support as necessary Professional Attributes
- Hands on Support and Administer enterprise CommVault environmentsDeploy and configure CommServe Media Agent and Client
- Perform CommServe DB Maintenance and disaster recovery operations as and when needed
- Deploy configure and administer data protection for File System and Enterprise BAU Task Basic knowledge of Netapp and Pure Storage Knowledge of volume creation expansion and deletion
- Administering the commvault Management Console Server and command line exposure Commvault Recovery Overview Disaster Recovery of a commvault Server
- Performing Cloning and Staging Administering the commvault Server IP Network WAN and LAN free SAN based data backup design and configuration familiarity Data protection and backup recovery solutions familiarity
- Configuring Maintaining NDMP backups for various NAS technologies Configuring Maintaining and Trobleshooting Database Backups
- Produce regular reports for management to assist in cost recovery capacity planning and consolidation
- Planning for Media rotation Management and Offsite Movement Scheduling of New Backups Modifiying existing Jobs Performing Restores Backup Monitoring and Reporting Tool Installation Troubleshooting Backup Failures Installation**Primary Skills**:
