**Job Title**: BIM Modeler (with LOD & Family Creation Expertise)

**Location**: Delhi NCR

**Job Summary**:We are looking for a talented Revit Designer/BIM Modeler with strong expertise in BIM Level of Development (LOD) and Revit Family Creation. You will be responsible for producing accurate 3D models, developing custom Revit families, and ensuring project models align with defined LOD standards. This position is integral to our BIM workflow and collaboration process across disciplines.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create, manage, and update detailed Revit models across all project stages (LOD 100 to LOD 500).
- Develop custom, parametric Revit families to meet project-specific and standard requirements.
- Ensure models and families follow company and industry BIM standards.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate design intent and construction requirements.
- Assist in model setup, template creation, and content library management.
- Document and maintain project files, schedules, and drawing sets in compliance with BIM Execution Plans (BEP).
- Participate in BIM coordination meetings and contribute to continuous improvement of BIM processes. Requirements:

- Proficient in Autodesk Revit with experience in BIM modeling and Revit Family Creation.
- Familiarity with Autodesk Navisworks, AutoCAD, and other relevant BIM tools.
- Degree/Diploma in Electrical, or related field.
- Ability to interpret and generate accurate construction documents.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Minimum four years to Six years of experience in BIM and Revit-related roles.

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
