**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare detailed **architectural** and **interior design drawings** including plans, elevations, sections, and details.
- Develop **working drawings**, **shop drawings**, and **as-built drawings** for ongoing projects.
- Coordinate with architects, interior designers, and engineers to ensure drawings comply with design intent and building codes.
- Interpret conceptual sketches and convert them into technical CAD documents.
- Assist in **material take-offs**, **BOQs**, and **3D visualization support** (if required).
- Revise and update drawings based on feedback or site conditions.
- Ensure all drawings are accurate, organized, and submitted on time.
- Maintain drawing standards and document control procedures.
- Perform site visits and take measurements when required.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
- Proven experience (typically 2-5+ years) as an Architectural or Interior Draftsman.
- Proficiency in **AutoCAD** is a must; knowledge of **Revit**, **SketchUp**, or **3D Max** is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of building construction, interior detailing, and architectural standards.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and interior design drawings.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Familiarity with local building codes, construction techniques, and interior fit-out processes.
- Experience with **MEP coordination** in drawings.
- Capability to generate **3D models** and presentation drawings (optional).
- Basic knowledge of **Photoshop** or **Illustrator** for presentation purposes.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
