Key Responsibilities:

- Produce detailed technical drawings and lighting design layouts using AutoCAD, Revit, and DIALux.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to translate concepts and design requirements into accurate technical drawings.
- Develop and modify drawings in compliance with project standards and local codes.
- Conduct lighting calculations and simulations in DIALux to optimize lighting plans.
- Review sketches, specifications, and technical data to ensure accurate drawing development.
- Update drawings based on feedback and ensure all records are accurately maintained.
- Occasionally perform site visits to gather data or verify measurements as needed.

Qualifications:

- **Education**: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Drafting, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of [Specify years, e.g., 3+ years] experience as a Draftsman, with proven expertise in AutoCAD, Revit, and DIALux.
- **Technical Skills**: Strong understanding of design principles, technical specifications, lighting design, and relevant building codes.
- **Software Proficiency**: Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and DIALux; familiarity with other CAD or BIM software is a plus.
- **Attention to Detail**: Exceptional focus on precision and quality.
- **Communication Skills**: Effective verbal and written communication to collaborate seamlessly

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
