Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Draftsman with strong expertise in 2D and 3D design for office building projects. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in multiple design and drafting software tools, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to translate concepts into precise technical drawings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create detailed 2D and 3D designs for office buildings, layouts, and interiors.
  • Prepare architectural and structural drawings as per project requirements.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project managers for design accuracy.
  • Ensure designs comply with building codes, standards, and company guidelines.
  • Revise and update drawings based on feedback and site changes.

Required Skills & Software Knowledge:

  • AutoCAD (2D Drafting)
  • SketchUp / 3ds Max (3D Modeling)
  • Revit (BIM)
  • Photoshop / Illustrator (Presentation Work)
  • Lumion / V-Ray (Rendering)
  • Strong understanding of architectural design principles.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma / Degree
  • Minimum 25 years of drafting experience in building projects.
  • Strong technical drawing skills and attention to detail.
