**Immediate Joiners Required.**

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Resolve customers follow queries by contacting vendors and suppliers.
- Should have eye for detail and good problem-solving ability.
- Proficient in navigating various client tools.
- Ensure industry standards and regulatory requirements for information security and data protection are met.
- Demonstrate a duty of care attitude by providing an exceptional level of customer service to all users who contact PPS
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while listening and responding to all customer inquiries.
- **A minimum of +1 year in a customer service domain & willing to work in rotational (Night) Shifts**:

- **Prior Travel account experience and good geographical knowledge of North America is an advantage**:

- **Good Communication ability, both Written and Verbal**:

- **Typing Speed of over 45 WPS**:

- **High level of understanding, patience, and empathy to navigate difficult customer conversations with professionalism.**:

- **Excellent computer skills, a willingness, and an eagerness to excel.**

**Working Schedule**:

- **5 days working with Rotational Night shifts mostly and 2 days rotational off.(24/7 Process)**:

- **Shift duration of 9 hours including 1 hour break.**

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,606.17 per month
