**Responsibilities**:

- **GEM Tendering**: Manage the entire GEM tendering process from start to finish, including identifying relevant tenders, gathering necessary documents, and preparing submissions.
- **Documentation**: Ensure all tender documents are accurately completed and submitted within specified deadlines, adhering to GEM guidelines and requirements.
- **Coordination**: Collaborate with internal departments such as sales, finance, and legal teams to gather relevant information and documentation required for tender submissions.
- **Compliance**: Stay updated with GEM policies, guidelines, and regulations to ensure compliance in all tendering activities.
- **Quality Assurance**: Review tender submissions for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with tender requirements before final submission.
- **Relationship Management**: Build and maintain positive relationships with government agencies, stakeholders, and partners involved in the tendering process.
- **Market Research**: Conduct market research to identify potential tender opportunities and competitive landscape within the stainless steel industry.
- **Reporting**: Prepare reports on tendering activities, including success rates, challenges faced, and recommendations for process improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- Proven experience in tendering, particularly within the Government e-Marketplace (GEM) platform.
- Strong understanding of tendering processes, documentation requirements, and compliance standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of the stainless steel industry and related products is preferred but not mandatory.
