**About the Role**:
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our sales team as Sales Associates. This entry-level position is ideal for fresh graduates or individuals looking to start their career in sales. You’ll play a key role in driving sales, building customer relationships, and representing the brand with energy and professionalism.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products/services
- Meet and exceed sales targets through effective communication and product knowledge
- Maintain a positive customer experience before, during, and after the sale
- Assist in product demonstrations and presentations
- Build and maintain customer relationships to encourage repeat business
- Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales goals
- Keep up-to-date with product features and market trends
- Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions

**Key Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred but not mandatory)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer focus with a positive, outgoing attitude
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of sales principles and customer service practices is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office and/or CRM tools is an advantage
- Fluency in [insert preferred languages]

Pay: ₹9,009.66 - ₹36,019.23 per month
