**Retail Sales Associate**:
**About us**:Gifts and Fashion is a small scale women led business. We started in 2018 selling online and recently opened our first offline store
- Mishme Jewellery & Gifts in South Kolkata. We specialise in handmade imitation jewellery and gift items. We are looking for a young energetic retail sales associate for our showroom who will be reporting directly to the Proprietor.
- **Qualifications**:_Minimum Higher Secondary pass who can comfortably operate a computer and smartphone.
- **Languages**:_Knowledge of English, Hindi and Bengali are compulsory. Must be able to read, write, understand and converse in basic English.
- **Work Experience**:_1-2 years in Retail industry as store clerk in garments, jewellery shop. Smart, energetic, hard word working freshers with a willingness to learn are also welcome. Those with more than 3 years experience need not apply.
- **Mandatory**:_ Must be able to furnish Aadhaar Card, HS Pass Certificate, current address proof as well as contact details of guardian/emergency contact.

1.Handling customer queries, showing and explaining products to customer.

2. Must have basic fashion sense and show products as per customer's requirement.

3. Keeping shop clean, tidy and organized at all times.

4. Billing for customer purchases.

5. Stock keeping for inventory available at the shop.

6. Checking and packaging of online orders.

7. Must be able to operate smartphone. Showing products to online customers by photos or video call.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹6,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
