**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create effective job descriptions.
- Manage the interview and selection process, coordinating with hiring managers.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified healthcare professionals.
- Stay updated on industry trends, compliance regulations, and healthcare workforce requirements.
- Track recruitment metrics and prepare regular reports.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience (1-3years) as a recruiter, preferably in the **healthcare sector**.
- Familiarity with healthcare roles, certifications, and compliance requirements.
- Strong sourcing and networking abilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and MS Office tools.
