**Position: US Healthcare Recruiter**

**Experience: 1-3 years of experience in US recruitment**

**Location: Bangalore, KA (Work From Home/ Remote Work)**

**Shift Time: 09:00 PM to 06:00 AM IST (PST Shift)**

**Working Days: Monday-Friday (5 Days)**

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract and engage top-tier talent in the Clinical and Healthcare fields.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs, job requirements, and team dynamics.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market insights, and Clinical and Healthcare recruiting best practices.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a Recruiter, with a focus on Clinical and Healthcare recruitment.
- In-depth knowledge of the Clinical and Healthcare industries, including understanding roles, qualifications, and market trends.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accurate and timely execution of recruitment processes.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software.
