Job Description: Healthcare Recruiter (US)

Position Summary:
**Responsibilities**:
Assess qualifications, experience, and credentials.

Conduct in-depth interviews and evaluate suitability for healthcare roles.

Build relationships with nursing schools and healthcare organizations.

Ensure compliance with regulations and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in HR or related field preferred.

Strong knowledge of healthcare roles and licensure requirements.

Excellent interviewing and assessment skills.

Proficiency in recruitment tools and systems.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,472.80 - ₹65,122.51 per month
