- Track recruitment metrics and deliver within defined timelines.

**Requirements**:

- 1-5 years of proven recruitment experience in healthcare staffing.
- Strong network of doctors, nurses, and paramedical professionals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple roles simultaneously and meet hiring deadlines.
- Immediate joiner preferred.
