About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Healthcare Recruiter to join our team. The role involves sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified healthcare professionals to meet organizational needs. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of healthcare industry requirements, excellent communication skills, and proven experience in managing the end-to-end recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create effective job descriptions.
  • Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
  • Screen and evaluate candidates for relevant experience, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Manage the interview and selection process, coordinating with hiring managers.
  • Ensure a smooth onboarding process for selected candidates.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified healthcare professionals.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, compliance regulations, and healthcare workforce requirements.
  • Track recruitment metrics and prepare regular reports.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience (1–3years) as a recruiter, preferably in the healthcare sector.
  • Familiarity with healthcare roles, certifications, and compliance requirements.
  • Strong sourcing and networking abilities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and MS Office tools.
