**Food & Beverage Executive**

**REPORTS TO**: Restaurant Manager

This is a Supervisory, Managerial and Administrative position in the organization.
**JOB SUMMARY**
Under the general guidance and supervision of the Sr. Manager / Manager - Operations /General Manager -Operations / VP - Operations and in accordance with the set policies and procedures of the Company, he/she is responsible for the smooth, efficient and profitable running of the Restaurants / Outlets. Oversees and directs all and any aspects of the Restaurant / Outlet operations and also officiates in the absence of Restaurant Manager / Restaurant General Manager
**FUNCTIONAL, SUPERVISORY, MANAGERIAL AND ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:Ssupervise the functions of the department employees, facilities, operations and cost on a daily basis.**
- Monitor and control on an on-going basis**:Quality levels of product and service**:

- Customer satisfaction and feedback.
- Operating costs and sales.
- Sanitation, cleanliness and hygiene of the entire area under his purview.
- Ensure optimum performance in specific jobs assigned in the above areas.
- Complying with laid down systems and procedure.
- Whether SOPs are understood and implemented by the team.
- To define targets/ goals for the department and make a constant effort to achieve the same.
- To oversee the services of the outlet in all areas of operations to ensure the highest standards and quality of services at all times.
- Responsible to maintain revenue/ accounts/ statutory records.
- Supervise, plan and implement duty roster at the Unit.
- Responsible to ensure cleanliness and hygiene in all areas of operations.
- Responsible for resolving all guest issues.
- Ensure that displays and marques are well maintained and updated at all times.
- Responsible to control and to monitor cost variances for the following:

Manpower
- Responsible to ensure smooth shift closure and handover.
- Responsible to prepare departmental budgets and objective manuals with constant review and observations.
- To Project a positive image of LBF to the external guest.
- Responsible to ensure smooth operations in all guest areas.
- Responsible to ensure that the unit maintains the required audit scores at all times.
- To motivate the staff and ensure that they are working together as a team.
- Responsible to monitor and to control wastage.
- Implement control measures for cash handling in all operational areas.
- Responsible to carry out any activity which is assigned by the management from time to time.
- Servicing and provide support to customer
- Looking after Companies Tie ups and public Relation at Restaurant level
- Making MIS report, Customer Handling, taking Guest Feedback regarding quality of food.
- Maintaining Floor hygienic all the Time
- Formulating Reports-Cost Analysis, Daily Sales Reports, Breakage Analysis,

Expense statement, daily/weekly/monthly profit and loss Report to determine future action
- Month end closing of crockery, cutlery, raw Material items
- Taking briefing of staff before staffing each Shift
- Making KRA reports on monthly & quarterly
- Proper maintain of holding & serving temperature of Food etc
- To serve a perfect Beverage and appetizing food FIRST time. If it does not meet their expectations, we’ll replace it
- Ensure mínimal integrity issues at the outlet
- Ensure all company policies are adhered to
- To ensure all staff are spoken to with respect
- Ensure female staff feel safe at work
- To ensure any kind of incident is reported to seniors and HR**ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Responsible to coach, mentor the team for the next level by way of career progression.
- Responsible to ensure adherence to the unit training calendar.
- Responsible for sanctioning leaves of the team.
- Responsible to prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports pertaining to all areas of the outlet operations
