**This would be a work-from-office role**

1. Answer customer care calls and resolve buyer queries.

2. Create tickets on support software and close them timely.

3. Calling up customers whose orders have been delayed in transit and keeping them informed.

4. Extensively following up with courier companies and getting shipments delivered.

6. Reconciling payments from Courier companies and issuing refunds if applicable.

7. Following up with customers and asking them to complete their purchases.

8. Calling up customers and asking them for their feedback and giving them feedback links.

9. Calling up customers who have placed COD orders and confirming their order.

10. Responding to negative customer comments online and managing reputation.

Patient Listener, Excellent Communication skills Must know fluent English (Oral and written) and Hindi, Good Typing Speed, Problem Solving, Greatly confident.

Education Required:

- University/College degree is an asset.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
