**Key Responsibilities**:

- **3D Modeling**: Create high-quality 3D models using **3DS Max, SketchUp, and AutoCAD** based on architectural drawings and design specifications.
- **Rendering**: Produce photorealistic renders using **V-Ray** for interior and exterior projects.
- **Floor Plans & Elevations**: Interpret and translate **floor plans, elevations, and sections** into detailed 3D models.
- **Concept Development**: Collaborate with the design team to conceptualize and visualize design ideas.
- **Project Coordination**: Work closely with architects, interior designers, and project managers to ensure alignment with client requirements.
- **Optimization & Efficiency**: Optimize models and scenes for efficient rendering without compromising quality.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in **3DS Max, SketchUp, AutoCAD, and V-Ray**.
- Strong knowledge of **3D modeling, texturing, lighting, and rendering** techniques.
- Understanding of **floor plans, elevations, sections**, and architectural drawings.
- Minimum of **1 year** of hands-on experience in 3D design or visualization.
- Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in other rendering software like **Corona Renderer** or **Lumion** is a plus.
- Knowledge of **Photoshop** for post-processing renders.
- Familiarity with **VR walkthroughs** and **interactive 3D presentations**.
- Previous experience in **architecture, interior design, or related fields**.

**To Apply**:
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
