**Job Summary**: The Tele Counsellor will be responsible for handling inquiries from prospective students, guiding them about study opportunities abroad, and ensuring regular follow-ups to convert leads into successful admissions. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Calling Prospective Students**:

- Initiate outbound calls to students interested in studying abroad.
- Provide detailed information on courses, universities, admission processes, and scholarships.
- Answer students' queries promptly and professionally.
- **Lead Follow-Up and Management**:
*
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions in the CRM system.
- Follow up with students at different stages of the admission process.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with students and parents.
- **Lead Generation**:
*
- Identify potential leads through outbound calling, social media, and referral networks.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to gather quality leads from campaigns and events.
- **Promotional Material Distribution**:
*
- **Lead Conversion**:
*
- Counsel students to understand their educational needs and guide them in making informed decisions.
- Work towards achieving individual and team targets for lead conversion.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in any field (preferably in Business, Education, or Communication).
- Minimum of 1-year experience in a similar role in the overseas education industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
