Job Description:
Position: Telecaller

Experience: 0-3 years

We are looking for a dedicated Telecaller to join our team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for contacting potential customers to promote our products or services. Your duties will include Operations, making cold calls, handling incoming calls, and providing product information to prospective customers.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Making outbound calls to potential customers.

2. Answering incoming calls from prospective customers.

3. Understanding customer needs and requirements.

4. Providing information about products and services.

5. Handling and resolving customer complaints.

6. Obtaining and updating customer information in the database.

7. Scheduling appointments for sales representatives.

8. Following up on leads generated through marketing activities.

2. Ability to engage customers in conversation.

3. Good listening skills.

4. Strong problem-solving abilities.

5. Patience and a positive attitude.

6. Ability to work under pressure.

7. Basic computer skills.

Qualifications:
1. High School Diploma or equivalent.

2. Previous experience in telemarketing or customer service is a plus.

3. Knowledge of sales techniques is preferred but not required.

4. Experience using CRM software is a plus.
