At Trivedi Overseas Education Services, a leading Study Visa Consultancy serving people with an experience of more than 20 Years, we are seeking a talented Telecaller. You will play a key role in shaping the dreams of students aspiring to study abroad, by generating sales or leads.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Making Calls**: The primary role of a telecaller is to make phone calls to customers or prospects. These calls could be for selling products or services (outbound), answering inquiries (inbound), or for customer support.
- **Customer Engagement**: Engaging with customers in a friendly and professional manner, understanding their needs or issues, and providing relevant information about the products or services.
- **Product Knowledge**: Having thorough knowledge of the products or services they are promoting or supporting. This includes understanding the features, benefits, and pricing structures.
- **Handling Customer Queries**: Resolving customer queries efficiently and effectively, which may involve explaining products or services, addressing concerns, or troubleshooting problems.
- **Data Entry and Record Keeping**: Maintaining records of calls made, including details like the customer's response, interest level, follow-up required, etc.
- **Meeting Targets**: Many telecaller roles include specific targets or quotas, such as the number of calls to be made per day or the number of sales to be achieved in a given period.
- **Feedback and Reports**: Providing feedback to the management about customer interactions, challenges faced, and possible improvements. Preparing call reports and analysis as required.
- **Collaboration**: Working with other team members and departments to improve customer service and sales strategies.
- **Continuous Learning**: Keeping up-to-date with new products, services, and policies, and participating in training sessions.
- **Up-selling and Cross-selling**: Identifying opportunities to sell additional products or services to existing customers.

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- A graduate degree. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Excellent command of the English/Hindi/Punjabi language, both in writing and speaking.
- Ability to write in a variety of styles and formats for multiple audiences.
