**Responsibilities**:
Customer Interaction:
Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner.

Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about products or services.

Communication Skills:
Demonstrate clear and effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

Ensure accurate and timely documentation of customer interactions.

Problem Resolution:
Identify and resolve customer concerns, escalating issues when necessary.

Work collaboratively with other departments to find solutions.

Product Knowledge:
Stay informed about our products and services to effectively assist customers.

Provide accurate information and guidance on product features and usage.

Quality Assurance:
Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure a high standard of service.

Participate in training sessions to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

Team Collaboration:
Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance overall customer satisfaction.

Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in a voice process role, preferably in a customer service or support capacity.

Excellent communication skills with a clear and pleasant speaking voice.

Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.

Ability to handle challenging situations with patience and professionalism.

Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools.

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications a plus.
