**Job Role & Responsibilities -**
- **Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.**:

- **Provide accurate information about banking products and services.**:

- **Process transactions and maintain customer records.**:

- **Ensure compliance with banking regulations and policies.**:

- **Deliver excellent customer service and enhance customer satisfaction.**:

- **Build strong relationships with customers to understand their financial goals and offer tailored solutions that add value to their banking experience**:

- **Develop a deep understanding of our banking products and services to identify upselling opportunities based on customer needs and preferences**
- **Minimum 12th Passout/Pursuing Graduation/ Any Graduate can apply**:

- **Prior experience in customer service or banking is preferred.**:

- **Strong communication and interpersonal skills.**:

- **Ability to handle customer queries and complaints effectively.**:

- **Basic computer skills.**

**Fresher's/ Experience both can apply.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
