*Job Description:*

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Care Executive for our International Voice Process. As a Customer Care Executive, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our international clientele.

*Key Responsibilities:*

1. Provide outstanding customer support via inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner.

2. Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests related to our products or services.

3. Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, escalating omplex issues as necessary.

4. Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all interactions in the customer database.

5. Collaborate with other team members and departments to achieve customer satisfaction goals.

6. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.

7. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.

8. Meet or exceed productivity and quality standards.

*Requirements:*
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English (additional language proficiency is a plus).
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.

*Education:*
- Graduation

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
