**Responsibilities**
- Manage organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales and revenue.
- Meet planned sales goals.
- Manage sales and marketing team and their performance.
- Conduct and analyze market research on competitors.
- Coordinate with other teams to manage lead generation.
- Lead and develop a sales team through motivation, counseling, and relevant training.
- Understand the business’ ideal customers and how they relate to products.

**Necessary Knowledge, Skills, and Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business or marketing.
- A minimum of five (5) years work experience, with at least one (1) of those years in a supervisory role.
- Experience leading a sales team to drive revenue for the company.
- Experience with planning and implementing sales strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English).
- Comfortable working with a diverse culture.
