YOUR MISSION

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure system integrity across all users by enforcing consistent workflows and processes.
- Identify problem areas and pain points within the sales workflow and identify stakeholders to solve and improve these pain points.
- Perform quality assurance of sales orders by ensuring accuracy and timely execution of documentation.
- Work to achieve sales goals by providing timely sales analytics including pipeline analysis, forecasting and sales results.
- Support the delivery of specific sales coverage and forecasting analytics.
- Work with internal front and back office departments throughout each selling quarter to resolve open items and close deals ensuring all necessary paperwork is in place prior to deal closure.
- Develop, implement and manage business processes, systems changes, automated reports and strategies that optimize business reporting.
- Partner with Marketing and CRM operations to design and execute robust workflows.
- Partner with Inside Sales Representatives for support and training on administrative processes and sales functions.
- Drive improvements to the reporting tools, methods, and processes utilized by the team to increase the availability and granularity of actionable data to their customers.
- Manage the administration and execution of the team’s targets, including QTD measurement of goal attainment.
- Take ownership of sales data accuracy, sales reporting and forecast rollup.
- Provide business continuity when other Sales Operations Coordinator is on leave.
- Work on monthly client success and quarterly initiatives.
- Assist with the onboarding protocol for all new clients alongside the primary Sales Engineer(s).
- Operate as Inside Sales capacity, in particular in India.
- Assist with special SKU requests, creating SKU’s internally and externally, tracking of SKU’s at Lenovo and facilitating in pricing / SKU assistance with partners.
- Work with marketing to manage requests / tracking; escalate needed collateral and PPT’s.
- Manage the Pre-/Post-sales FileWave / Lenovo certification program commencing April 2021.
- Manage the training collateral items and close deals ensuring all necessary paperwork is in place prior to deal closure.
- Coordinate with pan-asia sales team on sales and marketing events.
- Work closely with Head of Engineering APJ to manage and track technical issues and feature requests.
- Liaise between EU and AP related to day-to-day activities.
- Assist with meeting booking and coordination for Sales VP APJ.

YOUR PROFILE
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in a similar role
- High level of attention to detail, time management and organizational skills
- Superior collaboration, interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills
- Experience with CRM and BI reporting tools preferred
