**Job Summary**:
As a Sales Support Administrator, you will be responsible for hardware pricing requests and BOM costing, as well as general support into the sales function.
**Overview of the role**:

- key role helping to define and set the budget of our AV projects and assists in a supporting role for development of Sales Proposals and other administrative duties as required.
- Within the Sales Support Group, providing administrative support where required to ensure that the other team members can focus on their client or technical responsibilities.
- The role would suit someone with good numerical skills and experience using pricing sheets in excel form.
- Scheduling appointments for the sales department, service providers, suppliers, and customers.
- Maintaining and updating supplier, sales, and customer records.
- Keeping track of the sales team's communication with customers.
- Managing the sales department's budget and commissions.
- Liaising with other departments on administrative matters of mutual importance.
- Performing research toward identifying potential sales leads and pitches. Sales Support Administrator Requirements:

- Experience - 2 - 4 years, AV industry preferred.
- Any bachelor’s degree in business administration, business management, or a related field preferred.
- Demonstrable experience in sales support administration, or similar.
- Experience with sales industry software like salesforce and client relationship management (CRM) systems, or similar.
- In-depth knowledge of administrative recordkeeping practices.
- Familiarity with sales contracts and agreements.
- Working knowledge of managing budgets and keeping track of sales commissions.
- Proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as customer service skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a proactive approach toward problem-solving.
