We are looking for customer-focused Solution Advisors to strengthen and accelerate momentum across the Mid-Market business.

**The role**:
Solution Advisor / Presales Specialist supports solution market development, demand generation, deal execution, and field / Eco-system enablement for the SAP S/4HANA portfolio.

This is a customer facing role where you will support the sales teams during the entire life cycle of various sales opportunities. We believe, 10+ years of experience in presales / customer facing roles shall be an advantage to be successful in this role. The following are the key tasks that this role will perform:

- Compose and deliver superior sales presentations covering SAP Finance topics to prospective customer audiences. The presentations must articulate the sales message, differentiate SAP, and leave a strong and positive impression to audiences which can include senior company executives.
- Able to lead as a Solution Captain when deals require complex solutions and require multiple presales participates to support a successful customer presentation or demo.
- Conduct discovery sessions with representatives from the prospective customer in order to build relationships with the customer and understand their unique needs.
- Ability to influence customers to upsell advance finance solutions (oCFO Stack) for both NN & IB customers
- Demonstrate deep knowledge of SAP and SAP S/HANA Finance solutions and appropriate industries in order to maintain credibility with prospective customers. Provide proof points with relevant customer stories.
- Support RFx completion in support of customer proposals.
- Ability to effectively present to customers “remotely” using virtual technologies (SAP Virtual Studio and Adobe Connect).
- Effectively leverage support teams who are there to support presales success. (SAP Partners, Global / Regional Solution Specialists, CoE, IVE, Solution HuBs, Solution Experience, Product Management)

**Ideally, you will have**:

- Knowledge in Finance domain is essential - Financial Accounting, Management Accounting, International Accounting Standards & regulations, Treasury, Cash Management, Business Consolidation & other topics
- An understanding of SAP portfolio and associated technologies (platform stacks, RISE, S/4, industry cloud etc.,)
- Ability to articulate business value proposition to Chief Financial Officer across midmarket segment of customers
- Hands-on experience in building business case / value engineering concepts is preferable
- Understanding of industry specific process nuances across one or few of the following industries - Consumer Products, Retail, Discrete Manufacturing, Professional Services, or Life Sciences
- Hands-on customer facing Technology / ERP Functional Consulting and / or Presales experience for an enterprise software or services vendor
- Very high proficiency in customer communications and presentations in English (any other additional language a plus)
