Adobe Pre Sales.
PRE-SALES ACTIVITIES:
- A Presales Consultant is a sales expert who lays the groundwork to acquire customers and support clients throughout the presales, sales and post sales process.
- Identify Customer’s Vision, Priorities and Business Challenges and help them address it, which would result in enhanced customer satisfaction yielding more business from the same customer.
- Act as a Trusted Advisor to the customer with product & industry knowledge which gives confidence to the customer for value added support & service.
- Help Sales team to achieve their targets and meet organizational goals
- Assist Sales team on customer calls and timely address technical queries to help in Faster Sales Cycle by creating Bill of Material, RFP’s and RFI’s.
- Set your organization as a differentiator amongst other vendors who doesn’t have a dedicated Adobe Presales
- Help upsell/cross sell Adobe products and other vendor products you have partnership with, like opportunity for selling Plugins and get double digit margin and/or opportunity for other Hardware/Software etc.
- Represent your company as a technical expert and exhibit in events/road shows.
POST-SALES ACTIVITIES:
- Satisfied Customers are more likely to recommend a partner to close business connects.
- Provide unlimited hands-on classroom training to all users on new Adobe features or any specific topics of pinpoint enabling them to leverage Adobe apps to the fullest and deliver projects within deadlines.
- Leverage expertise for creating graphics content internally eg: newsletter or an online ad or a landing page for an event etc and not relying on external agencies.
- Build strong personal relationships with new customers and build rapport with their users (networking) which will help in better lead generation.
Technical Capabilities:
- Engineering degree or equivalent qualification.
- Should have good communication skills.
- Should be good in Adobe Creative suite products like Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign tools and able to demonstrate the new features to customers.
- Should be good in conducting sessions in customer place for creative users for 1-2 hours on Adobe Creative cloud products also Regular Webinars.
- Should have knowledge on Adobe Acrobat, Adobe Esign, Adobe creative suite products, Adobe stock images, Adobe Substance product
