**Job Title**: Catalogue Associate**Department**: Sales**Location**: Bangalore (WFO)

**Job Overview**:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and fashion-savvy Catalogue Associate to join our team. As a key point of contact (POC) for pre-sales activities, you will assist in managing product catalogues and ensuring accurate, up-to-date information for our customers. This role is ideal for freshers with a passion for fashion and proficiency in Google Sheets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the support function for pre-sales activities, preparing high-quality Proof of Concept (POC) to help convert new clients.
- Manage and update product catalogues, ensuring that all product details (descriptions, images, pricing) are accurate and aligned with company standards.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to support pre-sales operations by organising product data and ensuring timely availability of information.
- Ensure all catalogue data is well-organised and accessible via Google Sheets.
- Maintain awareness of fashion trends and provide insights to improve product catalogue quality.
- Assist in preparing product presentations and marketing materials.
- Monitor product performance and help identify potential improvements or issues in the catalogue.

**Key Requirements**:

- Fresh graduate with a background or strong interest in fashion.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets, with the ability to manage and analyse data efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with internal teams and external clients.
- A passion for learning and adapting in a growing company.
