- Seamless warranty experiences for customers.
- Quick resolution of quality-related customer issues.

The Senior Associate - Product Quality and Catalogue Management is responsible for defining and executing SOPs/playbooks to achieve a 100% Product Display Page (PDP) score. This includes focusing on adherence to key product attributes, optimizing product groupings for enhanced customer experience, resolving quality-related escalations, and managing warranty processes.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **SOP Creation and Execution**: Develop and execute SOPs for catalogue optimization, warranty management, and issue resolution to ensure superior customer experience.
- **Project Management**: Oversee new product launches (~1,000 SKUs annually) across six business lines using project management tools, ensuring adherence to timelines and processes.
- **Issue Resolution**:

- Resolve ~150 quality escalations monthly, including root cause analyses (RCAs) on customer pain points.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Category Managers, Quality Managers, Compliance Managers) to improve testing protocols and warranty SOPs.
- Develop and refine suppression resolution processes.
- **Catalogue Management**: Lead initiatives to maintain and improve product catalog quality, focusing on completeness, accuracy, and adherence to display standards.
- **Performance Metrics**: Drive success through:

- Speed of selection launches.
- Scale-up of product selection.
- Timely resolution of quality escalations (Andons) and suppressed listings.
- Quality of deals and overall catalogue performance.

**Key Metrics for Success**:

- Launch speed of new product selections.
- Scale-up of selection.
- Turnaround Time (TAT) for resolving quality escalations and suppressed listings.
- Deal quality metrics.
- Catalogue quality improvements.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in catalogue management, product quality, or customer experience roles.
- Strong project management skills with experience in managing multiple workstreams.
- Proficiency in using project management tools and SOP creation.
- Ability to analyse and resolve complex quality-related issues.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Proficiency in managing cross-functional collaboration for scalable solutions.

**Job Type**: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
