Overview: The Associate Cataloguer plays a crucial role in the organization by ensuring accurate and comprehensive cataloging of products, which directly impacts the customer experience and sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather product information and ensure accurate cataloging
  • Organize and maintain product data, including descriptions, images, and specifications
  • Ensure consistency and accuracy in product categorization and taxonomy
  • Identify opportunities to enhance product data and improve overall catalog quality
  • Support the implementation of catalog management tools and systems
  • Conduct regular audits to guarantee data integrity and completeness
  • Assist in identifying and resolving data discrepancies and issues
  • Coordinate with vendors to obtain missing product information and assets
  • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of standardized cataloging processes and guidelines
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to support campaigns and promotions with accurate product data
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Fashion - NIFT/Pearl Academy
  • Proven experience in e-commerce, 0- 1 year Experience
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large datasets
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Proficiency in data management systems and tools
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a high level of accuracy
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Problem-solving aptitude with a proactive approach
  • Understanding of product taxonomy and categorization best practices
