**Core Responsibilities**
- **Order Fulfillment & Coordination**:

- Receive and process customer orders via ERP/CRM systems
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics for timely dispatch
- Track order status and resolve delays or discrepancies
- **Vendor Management**:

- Identify, onboard, and evaluate vendors based on quality, pricing, and reliability
- Maintain vendor database and performance records
- Escalate and resolve service issues assertively and diplomatically
- **Purchase Management**:

- Create and manage purchase orders based on inventory needs and requisitions
- Negotiate pricing, delivery timelines, and payment terms
- Monitor stock levels and initiate reorders to avoid shortages
- Ensure three-way matching of PO, invoice, and goods receipt for payment processing
- **Documentation & Compliance**:

- Prepare invoices, shipping documents, and purchase records
- Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies and audit requirements
- **Reporting & Analysis**:

- Generate reports on order status, vendor performance, and purchase trends
- Support budgeting and cost control through accurate data tracking

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
