**Job Title**: Order Processing Executive

**Job Summary**:
The Order Processing Executive is responsible for managing and coordinating the end-to-end order fulfillment process to ensure timely delivery, accurate documentation, and excellent customer satisfaction. This role requires attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Order Management**:

- Receive, review, and process customer orders through the company’s order management system.
- Verify order details, including quantities, pricing, and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate with sales and customer service teams to resolve discrepancies in orders.
- **Coordination and Communication**:

- Liaise with warehouses, logistics teams, and suppliers to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of orders.
- Provide customers with updates on order status, delivery timelines, and any changes to their order.
- Address customer inquiries and complaints regarding orders, ensuring prompt resolution.
- **Inventory and Stock Management**:

- Monitor inventory levels to ensure product availability.
- Notify relevant teams about stock shortages or surpluses.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Generate invoices, delivery notes, and other necessary shipping documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of orders, shipments, and returns in the system.
- Prepare regular reports on order status, fulfillment metrics, and performance indicators.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Conduct final checks to ensure all orders are complete, accurate, and compliant with company policies.
- Coordinate with the quality control team to address product issues.
- **Process Improvement**:

- Identify opportunities to streamline and optimize the order processing workflow.
- Suggest and implement improvements to reduce errors and enhance efficiency.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Educational Background**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- **Experience**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in order processing, logistics, or customer service is preferred.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Familiarity with ERP or order management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- **Soft Skills**:

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Problem-solving mindset and a proactive attitude.
- **Other Requirements**:

- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities and tight deadlines.

**Work Environment**:

- Office setting with occasional collaboration with warehouse/logistics teams.
- May require extended hours during peak seasons or urgent order cycles.
