**Social Media Intern - Job description**

Kabadiwalla Connect is an award-winning company that provides smart waste collection and processing solutions for the cities in the developing world. **Role Overview**:
We’re seeking a creative and proactive Social Media Intern to help us manage and grow our social media presence. You’ll work closely with the leadership team to create and share content that promotes recycling and sustainability.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and schedule posts on social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn).
- Create basic graphics and content (using tools like Canva) for social media posts.
- Coordinate with the team to ensure timely and consistent posting.
- Monitor social media engagement and help track post performance.
- Assist in brainstorming and executing campaigns to promote Kabadiwalla Connect.
- Respond to comments and messages from followers.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Spark, etc.).
- Content Writing skills.
- Trend research, analytics and reporting, Campaign support.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and trends.
- Strong writing and communication skills.
- Familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets for tracking performance.
- Passion for sustainability and recycling.
- Previous experience in social media is a plus, but not required.
- Any Undergraduate or Postgraduate degree is preferred.

**Working Hours **:Monday to Saturday - 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

**Stipend**: ₹10,000 PM

**Internship Duration** - 6 Months

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹10,000.00 per month

- Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
