**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation**: Develop and curate engaging content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- **Social Media Management**: Schedule and publish posts, monitor engagement, and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner.
- **Campaign Support**: Assist in the planning and execution of social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- **Analytics and Reporting**: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of social media strategies and provide actionable insights.
- **Trend Monitoring**: Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our platforms remain innovative and effective.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficient in major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of social media analytics and tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher, Internship, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 4 months

Pay: ₹3,000.00 - ₹6,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Rotational shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay
- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kandigai, Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 50% (preferred)
