**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the creation and scheduling of engaging content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Monitor social media channels for trending topics and industry news to incorporate into content creation.
- Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist in the development and execution of social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive engagement.
- Conduct research on industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of social media efforts with overall marketing objectives.
- Provide regular reports on social media metrics and performance to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a Bachelors degree program in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas for content.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Google Analytics) is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
