**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on woodworking machinery including CNC routers, edge banding machines, panel saws, spindle molders, sanding machines, and other mechanical equipment.
- Carry out preventive maintenance schedules (PMS) to minimize downtime and ensure optimal machine performance.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues and resolve them efficiently.
- Maintain detailed maintenance logs, reports, and service records for all machinery.
- Inspect machines regularly to detect wear, misalignment, or other mechanical issues.
- Coordinate with suppliers or manufacturers for technical support and spare parts procurement.
- Ensure all machines comply with health and safety regulations and internal standards.
- Recommend upgrades or replacements of outdated equipment to improve productivity and safety.
- Support the production team by minimizing breakdown time and ensuring readiness of machines for operation.
- Train machine operators on basic machine handling and daily maintenance procedures.

**Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong knowledge of woodworking machinery and mechanical systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, diagrams, and machine schematics.
- Hands-on experience with electro-mechanical systems, hydraulic and pneumatic tools.
- Familiarity with preventive maintenance programs and CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) is a plus.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Safety-conscious, with a good understanding of machine operation risks.
- Good communication and documentation skills.

Pay: ₹12,240.73 - ₹40,787.57 per month
