**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver high-quality lectures on various MBA Finance courses such as Financial Management, Investment Analysis, Corporate Finance, Banking, Risk Management, and Financial Markets.
- Develop and update course materials, assignments, and assessments in line with current trends in the finance industry.
- Mentor and guide students in research projects, dissertations, and case studies.
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Actively participate in departmental meetings and contribute to curriculum development and improvement.
- Engage in research activities, publishing papers in reputed journals, and collaborating with faculty on academic initiatives.
- Organize and participate in seminars, workshops, guest lectures, and other academic events.
- Collaborate with industry professionals and other departments to enhance the learning experience.

**Qualifications**:

- **Minimum Qualification**: MBA (Finance) is **Mandatory**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 2-5 years of teaching experience in MBA Finance or relevant industry experience in finance-related roles.
- **Preferred Qualification**: Ph.D. in Finance, UGC NET Qualified.
- Strong knowledge of finance theories, practices, and tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to develop innovative teaching methods and engage students.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for teaching and mentoring.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
