Maharana Pratap Group of Institutions is looking for **NET Qualified** **Assistant/Associate Professor** of **Finance** who is expert in the field of Finance. The assistant professor’s responsibilities include teaching a requisite number of classes, providing guidance and supervision to graduate students, participating in departmental meetings, and providing academic support to Professors and other faculty members. You should be able to pace your lessons and publish articles regularly.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Teaching**: Teach Finance courses in the MBA program, including Financial Management, Corporate Finance, Investments, and Financial Markets.

**2. Research**: Conduct research in Finance and publish papers in reputable journals.

**3. Service**: Participate in departmental, school, and university-wide service activities.

**4. Curriculum Development**: Develop and update course materials, including syllabi, assignments, and exams.

**5. Student Mentoring**: Advise and mentor MBA students in their academic and professional pursuits.

**6. Industry Engagement**: Engage with the finance industry through guest lectures, workshops, and other outreach activities.

**Educational Qualification -**
- MBA with Finance.
- **NET Qualified**Highly Preferable
- Teaching experience in a university.
- Published works would be advantageous.
- Strong analytical, observational, and problem-solving skills.
- A good record of attending conferences and academic events.
- Excellent research, writing, and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for teaching and engaging with students.
- Patience, understanding, and willingness to help.
- Minimum 5 years of teaching experience at any academic level.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

- Master's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Teaching: 5 years (preferred)
