**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Responsible for teaching/mentoring undergraduate and postgraduate students.
- The faculty member will be responsible for teaching/monitoring/advising/ provide research and service for the university.
- Research leading to publication in reputed, and quality journals are required for tenure consideration.
- Strong communication skills and effective teaching pedagogy techniques are necessary.
- Must be effective in handling extra-curricular activities.
- Self-inclined towards bringing laurels and honor to the department or university.
- To contribute in research and development to establish the center of excellence.
- PhD degree in the relevant field (Must).
- Bachelor's - B. Pharma in the relevant field (Must).
- Master's - M. Pharma in the relevant field (Must)
- Teaching experience in higher educational institutions.
- 1-3 year experience as Assistant Professor.
- 5-6 years experience as Associate Professor.
- 10+ years experience as Professor.
- Research Publications in the relevant field are desirable.
- Excellent verbal/ written communication skills.
