**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage the nursing faculty, ensuring high standards of teaching, learning, and clinical practice.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate academic programs in nursing, in line with national and international standards.
- Oversee curriculum design, implementation, and assessment to ensure academic excellence and continuous improvement.
- Manage faculty recruitment, training, and performance appraisals to build a motivated, skilled team.
- Coordinate with healthcare institutions for student clinical training, internships, and placements.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and accrediting bodies' standards and guidelines.
- Promote research, scholarship, and faculty development initiatives.
- Foster an inclusive and collaborative work environment for students, faculty, and staff.
- Represent the institution in professional associations, conferences, and nursing education forums.
- Engage in strategic planning and decision-making to achieve the department’s long-term goals.
- Monitor and manage the nursing department's budget, resources, and infrastructure.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- PhD in Nursing from a recognized university.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in nursing education, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Extensive knowledge of nursing curriculum design, educational methodologies, and accreditation standards.
- Proven experience in academic and clinical supervision, along with a strong record of scholarly work.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Strong leadership abilities with a commitment to academic excellence and student success.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and motivate faculty and students.
- Experience with administrative responsibilities such as budgeting, reporting, and policy development.
- A passion for advancing nursing education and fostering a positive learning environment.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
