**Key Responsibilities**:

- Teach undergraduate and postgraduate mathematics courses, ensuring the delivery of course material in a clear and engaging manner.
- Develop, prepare, and maintain course materials, assignments, and tests.
- Provide academic guidance and mentoring to students, supporting their academic growth.
- Engage in curriculum development and research activities.
- Evaluate student performance through assessments, feedback, and exams.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in mathematics and integrate relevant advancements into teaching.
- Actively participate in faculty meetings, workshops, and conferences to enhance personal and professional growth.
- Contribute to the research and development activities within the department.
- Perform administrative duties and assist with the overall smooth functioning of the department.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Educational Qualification**:

- Minimum of **M.Sc. in Mathematics** (or a closely related field) from a recognized university.
- **Ph.D. in Mathematics** (preferred, but not mandatory).
- **Experience**:

- Minimum of 2-3 years of teaching experience at the undergraduate or postgraduate level is preferred.
- Experience in research or publications in peer-reviewed journals is a plus.
- **Skills**:

- Strong understanding of core mathematical concepts and theories.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage students and inspire interest in mathematics.
- Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking.
- Familiarity with digital tools and teaching platforms is an added advantage.
