**Role: Sales Executive/Sales Manager**
As a Sales Executive at House Seekers, you will play a pivotal role in driving our business forward. This is a full-time on-site position that requires a dynamic individual with a proven track record in sales and a deep understanding of the real estate industry. Your primary responsibilities will include working on leads, cultivating and nurturing client relationships, and closing deals through effective coordination.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Lead Management**: Work on leads, ensuring prompt and efficient follow-ups to convert prospects into clients.
- **Client Relationship Building**: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.
- **Deal Closure**: Drive successful deal closures through effective negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- **Sales Strategy Development**: Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies to achieve targets.
- **Team Leadership**: Work collaboratively within a team and provide leadership when necessary to achieve collective goals.
- **Customer Service Excellence**: Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing client queries, concerns, and ensuring a smooth transaction process.
**Qualifications**:
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- **Sales and Marketing Experience**: Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the real estate industry.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Ability to understand customer needs and build enduring client relationships.
- **Deal Closure Expertise**: Demonstrated experience in reference generation and successful closure of deals.
- **Negotiation Skills**: Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
- **Team Collaboration**: Ability to work effectively within a team and lead when required.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Proficient in using sales and lead management software.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
