**Job Responsibilities:1. CMM Operation & Inspection**
- Operate **CMM machines** for inspecting precision machined components
- Set up **fixtures, probes, and part alignment** for accurate measurement
- Perform **first article inspection (FAI), in-process, and final inspection**

**2. Programming & Measurement Execution**
- Create and modify **CMM programs** for automated inspection
- Use **CMM software (PC-DMIS, Mitutoyo MCOSMOS, Zeiss CALYPSO, etc.)** to execute measurements
- Perform **manual and automated probing** to verify part dimensions

**3. Engineering Drawing Interpretation & GD&T Application**
- **Read and interpret technical drawings** with GD&T specifications
- Ensure components meet **tolerances, form, and positional accuracy**:

- Understand **datums, feature control frames, and critical dimensions**

**4. Quality Control & Reporting**
- Generate **inspection reports** and document deviations/non-conformities
- Work with the **quality control team** to resolve machining defects
- Maintain **calibration records** and ensure CMM equipment is in proper working condition

**5. Collaboration with Production & Quality Teams**
- Coordinate with **CNC machinists and production engineers** to improve machining accuracy
- Provide feedback to **reduce rework and enhance process control**:

- Assist in **root cause analysis and corrective action implementation**

**6. Machine Maintenance & Safety**
- Conduct **daily calibration checks** of the CMM machine
- Maintain a **clean and organized workspace** to prevent measurement errors
- Follow **ISO, AS9100, or other relevant quality standards**

**Skills & Competencies Required**:
**Strong knowledge of CMM operation & programming** (PC-DMIS, Mitutoyo MCOSMOS, Zeiss CALYPSO, or similar software)
Ability to **read & interpret engineering drawings (GD&T knowledge required)**
Experience in **precision inspection of machined components**
Proficiency in using **other measuring instruments (micrometers, bore gauges, height gauges, etc.)**
Knowledge of **ISO 9001, AS9100, or other quality standards**
Strong analytical skills for **troubleshooting measurement deviations**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
