**Job Responsibilities:1. CNC Machine Operation & Setup**
- Set up and operate **CNC milling machines** to produce precision components.
- Adjust machine settings and tool offsets for optimal performance.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC milling machines.

**2. CNC Programming & Engineering Drawing Interpretation**
- Read and interpret **engineering drawings, GD&T symbols, and tolerances**.
- Create, modify, and optimize **CNC programs using G-code & CAM software**.
- Select appropriate cutting tools, fixtures, and work-holding devices.

**3. Quality Inspection & Process Monitoring**
- Conduct **in-process, first article (FAI), and final inspections** of machined components.
- Use **precision measuring instruments** such as micrometers, vernier calipers, bore gauges, and height gauges.
- Identify and report **defects, deviations, and non-conformities** to the quality team.

**4. Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement**
- Optimize machining parameters to improve efficiency and reduce cycle times.
- Provide feedback on **process improvements, defect reduction, and tooling enhancements**.
- Maintain **5S and lean manufacturing principles** on the shop floor.

**5. Coordination with Production & Quality Teams**
- Work closely with **CNC machine operators, quality inspectors, and assembly teams** to ensure adherence to specifications.
- Assist in **root cause analysis and corrective actions** for quality issues.
- Support ISO 9001 / AS9100 compliance and industry quality standards.

**6. Compliance & Safety**
- Follow strict **safety protocols, company SOPs, and industry best practices**.
- Ensure adherence to **ISO 9001, AS9100, or other quality management systems**.

**Skills & Competencies Required**:
Strong knowledge of **CNC milling machine operations & tooling**
Ability to **read & interpret engineering drawings (GD&T preferred)**
Hands-on experience with **precision measuring instruments**
Familiarity with **Fanuc, Siemens, or Heidenhain controllers**
Experience with **CAM software (Mastercam, NX, Fusion 360, etc.)**
Understanding of **ISO quality standards & inspection techniques**
Strong **problem-solving and analytical skills** for defect identification
Experience in **maintaining quality control reports & documentation**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
