**Job Requirements**Job Functions & Responsibilities**:

- Support Root Cause and Corrective Actions (RCCA) and Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) related to engineering processes.
- Manage closure of improvement activities, including containment actions and defect Pareto analysis.
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) & engineering team to understand processes to identify gaps and implement robust quality process.
- Conduct quality reviews with stakeholders and effectively communicate results.
- Develop and present quality reports and presentations to program and business management.
- Utilize IBM Jazz Tool Suite/CLM for tracking and implementation of actions.

**Work Experience**Qualifications**:

- A Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation, Electrical, Mechatronics Engineering, Quality Control, or a related field.
- 1-5 years of experience in quality control and control system engineering.
- Proven experience in Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA), Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ), and non-conformance investigations.
- Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in data analysis and Excel.
- Experience in the control system engineering with hands on expertise in DCS/PLC/SCADA/HMI and would like to pursue career in quality
- Ability to lead and communicate across all levels of the organization effectively.
- Familiarity with Panel engineering, Control system software development, simulation activities, product validation, product development.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
